Basement Excavations / Underpinning
We have extensive experience undertaking basement works including underpinning of external loadbearing walls and installation of structural steel to create a new floor beneath the existing property. We also have a wealth of experience for underpinning existing structures susceptible to subsidence.
Demolition and Internal Strip Out
We carefully plan each stage of the demolition, ensuring the structure is taken down in a controlled manner and that all debris is disposed of in the correct manner and adhering to all current disposal legislation.
We also carry out all internal strip out works for clients who are wishing to undertake internal refurbishment. We will carefully strip the property of all internal walls, ceilings, fixtures and fittings in addition to mechanical and electrical services and leave the property ready for the new refurbishment phase. We specialise in sensitive projects with specific conditions and restrictions such as listed building and properties with noise restrictions and or sites with difficult access.
Temporary Support
We have extensive experience in supporting whole and part structures to enable the demolition of the existing structure and erection of the new structure. We work closely with our clients and structural engineers to provide effective solutions to all building works.
