Works completed October 2016. Works carried out include – strip out of existing ground floor structure, installation of new structural beams to create new bespoke kitchen/diner with glass bi fold doors, vaulted ceiling with velux window and replacement of rear roof. Installation of new heating system, new electrics, moduleo flooring, and re-decoration of internal aspects of building. Re-configuration of first floor airing cupboard, toilet and existing bathroom to create 1 large family bathroom complete.
