Installation of complete new asphalt roof to 3 storey block of residential flats. Works included – removal of all asbestos pipe-work, lagging and redundant water tanks to roof. Removal of existing asphalt roof, repair works to existing timber roof, installation of insulation, removal and replacement of all roof lights and installation of new warm asphalt roof with solar reflective paint.
